Food Trucks must park along Linden Street. The parking spaces on Linden Street are not our property and monitored by the City of Fort Collins. You need to contact them directly about renting parking spaces https://www.fcgov.com/parking/
Contact the food truck of your choice and discuss your needs directly with them. They will know how to accommodate your event.
Food carts are allowed on the property, however, they will have to fit on the handicap ramp to make it to the patios. Contact the food cart of your choice and have them tour the building exterior.
***Block One Events does NOT hold a liquor license. You cannot charge your guests for alcohol on our property without a permit. If you are selling tickets to an event that includes alcohol, you still need a permit.***
You may use any beverage vendor or bring your own alcohol.
Special event permits may be needed for some events. (For example, if you are selling alcohol or selling tickets to the event that include food and alcohol, you MUST have a special event permit issued by the city's liquor licensing authority). There are suggested vendors listed on our website if you're needing ideas for food and drink. They have been great to work with and come with high recommendation.

Decorating the event space the night before is not an option. You will need to actually book the event space the night before and pay based on evening event pricing. In this case, it is best to book a full day rental from 7am - 11pm which allows you to arrive early in the morning to begin setup and decorating (rather than an hourly charge, we offer a discounted flat rate for full day rentals).
All decoration set up and clean up is the responsibility of the client.
No holes, tape, nails, staples, tacks, stickers may be attached to walls or concrete), glitter, confetti, silly string, rice, birdseed or fireworks and the like are allowed inside or outside the event space.
All doors to janitor's closet, mechanical rooms and offices must be kept clear at all times.
No open flames and no candles.
Sidewalks, steps, entrance halls, corridors, elevators, stairwells, walkways and stairs shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress or egress.
Nothing may be attached to the ceiling or light fixtures.
You will need to find your own public parking.
We recommend driving around the neighborhood prior to your event to learn about parking options.
If your event is on Fridays after 6pm or anytime on a Saturday or Sunday, you may park in the United Way lot without penalty.
Watch public parking signs and street signs.
The parking garage onsite is only for building residents and employees (no exceptions).
Unfortunately the city left us with no loading zone. You may park a vehicle at the top of the parking garage ramp while you unload then move your car to a parking spot (just don't block the sidewalk).

All personal items must be removed, all attendees must be out, breakdown and cleaning of space must be completed by 11:00pm.
