Even though the event space capacity is 191 guests, we recommend capping your outdoor wedding reception to 150 guests.

Food Trucks must park along Linden Street. The parking spaces on Linden Street are not our property and monitored by the City of Fort Collins. You need to contact them directly about renting parking spaces https://www.fcgov.com/parking/
Contact the food truck of your choice and discuss your needs directly with them. They will know how to accommodate your event.
Food carts are allowed on the property, however, they will have to fit on the handicap ramp to make it to the patios. Contact the food cart of your choice and have them tour the building exterior.

Block One Events does NOT hold a liquor license. No cash bar allowed. No exceptions.
You cannot charge your guests for alcohol on our property unless you are a non-profit organization with a special events permit from the City of Fort Collins’ liquor licensing authority.
Only non-profit organizations can sell tickets to their events that include alcohol.

Decorating the event space the night before is not an option. You will need to actually book the event space the night before and pay based on evening event pricing. In this case, it is best to book a full day rental from 7am - 11pm which allows you to arrive early in the morning to begin setup and decorating (rather than an hourly charge, we offer a discounted flat rate for full day rentals).
All decoration set up and clean up is the responsibility of the client.
No holes, tape, nails, staples, tacks, or stickers may be attached to walls or concrete
No glitter, confetti, silly string, rice, birdseed, or fireworks (and the like)
No open flames or candles.
Sidewalks, steps, entrance halls, corridors, elevators, stairwells, walkways, and stairs, shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress or egress.
Nothing may be attached to the ceiling or light fixtures.
You will need to find your own public parking.
No onsite parking at Block One Events.
We recommend driving around the neighborhood prior to your event to learn about parking options.
Watch public parking signs and street signs. Most parking on our street is a 2 hour limit.
The Block One parking garage at this building is ONLY for building residents and employees (no exceptions).
There is no designated loading zone. You may park a vehicle at the top of the parking garage ramp while you unload then move your car to a parking spot (just don't block the sidewalk).
